Hi Bradley, Very intriguing image; and not esy to make something special out of such an ordinary subject. A few things make this shot; the tonal range and contrast, the seemingly cluttered angles of the twigs, yet with a predominant and strong diagonal composition as well as the DOF. All elements create a very strong feeling of depth, whic is excellent here. Very well taken; a 5.3 average does not do justice to this shot.
