I almost agree with Lou. This is quite a nice photo that would be much improved simply croping about 15 to 20% off of the top as well as some from the right side. I would crop the top just at the water line of the distant falls. The great thing about digital is, it is so easy to try and if you don't like it, simply go back to the original.

Nice composition; the edge of the waterfall curves beautifully. Nice soft lighting. High shutter speed captured all the details.

Three things that might make this a better picture: the horizon line is crooked (it looks tilted to the right slightly); one of the focusses of interest is the bush/grass on top of the rock (upper right) and you cut off the top of the plant; you could crop the right-most 10-12% of the image and it would look less cluttered.
