It's a nice photo, and maybe captured as you intended. I'd perhaps prefer to see the horizon horizontal and not at mid-photo. It's also possible the colours would have gone more dramatic a little later. But I do like the bird flitting across... AJ
This is a nice photo; strong foreground, good color; but I'd like to suggest improvements that could be made.
This is so that you;ll learn and grow an bea better photographer, not to upset you and make you angry.
For instance, the picture should be cropped, so that the railing doesn't show in the bottom right of the picture; it doesn't add anything, only distract. Cropping will also draw attention the the main object in the picure, which is the setting sun.
Secondly, while this is a beautiful picture, it lacks a main subject. If there was an object, a ship, or a light house, or something inthe sea that would draw one's eye, that would be helpful. It also would add a 3rd dimension, adding depth of field, and leading to the sunset on a barren sea.
