What a great shot, dear Antonella... They all look at one camel, with a big interest or worry.
Very emotional and well done picture.
I see, you are going to do big trip to desert...
Have a good time and many new great shots.
Hugs,
Lena

Hmmm. Very nice. Like it a lot. Would like it more as a PANORAMA with most of that empty foreground trimmed away and the camels more dominant. But then I would say that, wouldn't I! [grin]

What a beautiful shot Antonella. I can feel the heat. Very soft colours and nice leg up on the camel.

Great capture. This shot is notable for its honesty and lack of artifice. The animals have the appearance, at least, of calm and dignity. (Not always true, I know!) And the composition and color are excellent. What a great opportunity!
Best wishes,
--george

Hi Amna, thanks for your comment!
Oh yes, I love everything about the desert, I'm fascinated by it and the simple life the beduins live.
As the matter of fact I have lived, not in a tent, but in a country house with an old woman.
I would adore to visit Dubai, do you know if a visa is released without problems?
And...do you know when the famous horse race ( I cannot remember if it is in Qatar ) is held and where exactly?
I'd really appreciate if you could find this information for me.
Thanks a million,
Your friend Antonella

I like the way the camel on the right is tethered, We all learn something every day Antonella, But it beats me how they get mounted without a ladder?

Saeed Al Shamsi Saeed Al Shamsi   {K:47735} 12/14/2004
Love this composition, it has its own characteristic, shot in perfect moment, seems the right camel is protesting against tiding it, it must be great holiday you had over there, a lovely dedication to a great friend. Regards Saeed
