I think the shadows are well done, the colors are so vivid and Marie's eyes are so piercing (pretty?), you should go hiking more with your lady and your camera, you three go well together.

it is a beautiful and perfect game of the luminosity - dark! an optimal "inside".. beautiful eyes and model a photo to the "water and soap" is said in Italy.

I like the contrasts of light and dark in this shot - the darkness frames her face nicely (although her hair disappears into it a bit.)
I agree with Kim about the shadows across her face being a bit distracting. She has amazing eyes - penetrating, but in a soft way - really beautiful!

Her look really penetrates the scene.. and with the lines of shadow it makes her eyes stand out even more. Great textures in the background, and excellent colour.
I wonder about the shadow that runs across her chin though... it's almost overlappin her mouth and feels a little too close.

Hi Stefan, Excellent lighting and a wonderful composition. Not quite the experimental work I know of you, but it does show the versatility of your work. The interaction between Marie and you / the viewer makes this one tick. Very good shot!
