wow.. love this one... and the landscape looks like it is from another planet...excellent capture... the only thing that would make it a little better is if the foreground was more in focus but great work ...nicely done..

I think this image is perfect as is. For one, catching a shot like this took timing and patience and yes, some luck. I'd show it off too. Secondly, I think that having the bushes and rocks gives definition to the water space of the rest of the photo. It's a keeper and I give it my top marks.

Excellent capture Paul!! Very beautiful storm image!! Although Brazil is one of champions in electric storms, it?s a little difficult to have an opportunity to make this!!!! hehe..

This is a great capture of lightning, although I'm a little puzzled by the flash on the left. As for the foreground, I like the rocks and flatness behind, but find the bushes distracting.

IMHO this shot whould have been perfect if the land wasn't visible and if you had only captured the big lightning in the middle.

I like this image, but the ground does not seem to mirror the intensity of the sky. the sky is colorful, Contrasty, ANGRY, but the ground seems kindov flat. (maybe needs some help from photoshop (more contrasty, especially try and bring out the shadows, and highlights in the bush)
Still a very cool image.
