hey Amna!
i forgot to mention..........
we have in our backyard, each day, about 200 free birds that comes to our feeders!
it's a feast for the eyes and a bless to our souls and ears... they always sing like saying "Thank YOU" for the food and fresh water we keep all year round for them!
i encourage You to do that to Humming-Birds........ like the one You see here in the photograph BUT please make sure you mix water with Honey (no sugar!), Okay?
Sugar and water grow a fungus who KILL humming-birds!
The mixture with Honey is veeeery healthy for them.
This Information comes from serious released Research from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, from MicroBiology Department, where my friend, Isabel Magalhaes, took part in the studies.

this is my backyard... we also enjoy feeding the birds that are free and know for sure they have a place for fresh water and feedings with us with no risk of being trapped!

I do like this one, remind me of the lovely birds around home garden, we do put some bird food and every morning and after noon different kind of birds join together to eat, it is lovely to see those creatures a round and close to you, excellent subject as normal. Saeed
