About This was taken last spring time at Kansas State University gardens. This was the very first bloom to be found. It was small and tiny and this is the absolute closest I could get with my 50mm macro lens. This is one of my favorite images from last spring. I have it framed and hanging in the living room. I found that only an inkjet gives it justice with such brilliant reds.
