A different mood than what we usually see from you. The makeup is a good touch, nice work.

Good, you can make her famous. Tell her I say she is great, and keep up the great work.

I like the way, emotions are expressed in this photo... its so full of expression and words, that aren't said.... wonderful capture!!

[In fact I'm waiting for the sunset and to do a shooting... but my models are late... ;-) ]

back to the photo: It's really good.... the composition - the lightning... perfect.

although I would have cropped it a the bottom.... and reduce the photo to her face and arms - but thats just my suggestion.

well done!

I agree with Karen re: the positioning of her arms. In my opinion, I think that if she were hugging herself it would convey more of a sense of vulnerability (if that's what you were going for). I LOVE the running makeup! Such a great effect. Same with the cigarette. Great touch. (I wouldn't harbour any ill feelings towards Yulia if she did smoke).

While the expression is great, and the skin tones SUPERB, I still don't really like the position of the arms-though in a way it can represent the twisted thoughts/emotions that she is having-but still I think the position of the arm not holding the cigarette deforms the body-almost making it appear that it comes from out of the chest rather than the shoulder. Very dark and depressing yet beautiful piece~

Wow the cigarette looks so real :)
Beautiful and creative - I like the running makeup. This is an emotional piece but the title makes it seem like a portrait. Don't use a title or name it something else. Just my opinion.
