Hi Bradley, Ohhh sooo smoooth and comforting! Wow, what blues! Sounds like you really wanted this shot. I know the feeling - my wife has seen me climb fenses and wade through busy traffic and do lots of other moves to get a shot. I'd say your effort was well worth it. Cheers! Sam

What an amazing shot. The water is so flat and takes the reflection so well. Love the colour. Greg

...and you think I go to extremes to get 'the shot'? This is absolutely wonderful. The moon has lit a silvery shimmering path across the midnight blue water catching the branches in silhouette. I can't get over the incredible texture of the water. The dark mountain range against the royal blue star and moonlit sky is spectacular. Was worth risking life and limb for Brad.

A bold action, you`ve done here...but it was worth it.The moon doesn`t disturb me,the main thing is that shimmering water, and the silhouette of the tree.Wonderful picture! kind regards,Ursula

Well worth the effort Bradley. Great colours and I like the foreground tree. It is a shame the exposure stretched the moon but it's still nice.

Another daring shoot Brad! One of the fun benefits of photography is the chance to clamber about and explore like a kid. Very nice colours, interesting tip about the lunar flare. Intersting you have created a scene of awesome silence/stillness with traffic whizzing about.
