Brad, to be honest, this is only about a 5 on a stand alone basis. But it?s not a stand alone photo now is it? And that what makes this an outstanding photograph ~ 7. I can?t get over this series dude! Awesome work! Well when I said stand alone I meant, if I were surfing thumbnails, I wouldn?t have gave this one too much thought. But the description builds the photograph; it HAS to be in the series, it?s important to photograph this mood and personality of this building, good rooms and bad. I don?t know much about the supernatural but, I can associate to ?that eerie feeling? I remember having that feeling before it made me nervous yet curious. I?ve only had that feeling a few times in my life, and each of those times was memorable believe me, now that I?m older, and I thought I was unwelcome, I think I might have just snapped that picture and got the hell out of there. yep, something bad must have happened in that room, murder, rape, torture, primitive therapy methods whatever. I?m going to choose to believe that it?s just the energy left over from a mind driven to complete catastrophic failure. ~Mike

Did it feel colder in that one room?..i kid you not,but i've felt a sudden coldness and a sudden shiver down my spine in some old houses...the tone, lighting at windows and the shadowing of the peeling paint all create a very eerie image..good one!..gayle

You notice that the light cannot or will not penetrate the room. It hits the glass and bounces back causing the bright glare. One single small light fixture. You know protein eats away at paint and blood has protein in it.

Another striking image, my friend! The light trough the windows is the icing on the cake or better scares the crap out of us. Brrrr... C.

this is such a scary room. Perfect name for it. This series seems almost like a documentary. I think you need to submit it to be published somewhere, somehow.

Brad, it just gave me chills all down my spine... You have captured the room well, makes me want to look over my shoulder. Excellent choice of black and white, the dark shadows from the chipping paint really adds to the ghostly effect. You are a brave soul, and you have some great shots for being so. Great shot, perhaps my fav. of this series~
