A great idea to shoot against the sky. I wish the flower had a bit more light, though! Better without that building IMO ...

Beautiful colors and composition. The yellow and blue are complimentary colors and really make this image pop. An area of improvement might be using a fill flash to provide a tad more detail to the face of the flower. Since the face of the flower is a little dark it's tough to tell how sharp the image is. I'm assuming the dof is rather shallow and that is why the building in the background is soft. I like the angle you chose to shoot this at. Beautiful.
