Great perspective in this photo. You didn't zoom in too far and kill the surrounding, but you made it that the men are the main focus. Well done.

I love Turtle Beach and Siesta Key. I was just there. I love this photo. The photo does not really show what they are looking at. That is what is great. It leaves your mind thinking "What is really out there" of course, we know. We have been there.

Hi Ed....you would have seen a lot of cars, trash cans and a person here and there...heading for the beach...lol. I live in a beautiful area, but very heavily populated and being a country girl..I am a little out of my element. I have been trying to learn some editing...but as of now, I have to do my best just by using my eye...thanks for your comment...always look forward to hearing from you...Gloria

Great shot Gloria.

I can see what you mean by wanting the shot of the yellow shorted gentleman by himself. However I think the presence of the second individual gives a lot more personality to the shot, and gives it a totally different atmosphere. I wonder what it would have looked like, had you taken it as a landscape profile.

What magnificent colours. Do you know that if the sea and sky are the same shade green or blue then it will be a beautiful day...

Maybe it was a blessing in disguise that the second figure didn't leave. I certainly don't think he detracts from the composition. I really like the three layers, the foreground grass, the middleground stairs and people and the background ocean. The only way to improve this would be to change the figures into women, but I understand everyone may not agree. It's very nice the way it is.

Hey, the white helps to add a color punch to that dark blue sky. Nice shot.
