About	I started a course in photography last september. One of my assignments is a project for a year. At the end I have to deliver 15 to 20 pictures of my subject. I chose flowers and this is one of my first attempts. Please let me know what you think of it.

Marleen, this is one of my favorite subjects...there are many different ways to capture the beauty in these flowers. You did a nice job with the composition, but I think you lost too much lighting on the anthers...they are lost against the black background, although it may be my monitor. Keep shooting these, they are fun!
