Nice one Craig. I always like these three monkeys. I like the shape of this image aswell. I'll add you to my friends list, to keep an eye out for your new work.

Craig, about your comment on my STEREO picture: if you CAN let your eyes drift into a very slightly cross-eyed position, watch how the images move as you do so. They should move through each other on exactly the same lines, at the same level. If your head is even slightly tilted to one side or the other, the effect cannot be seen. The right eye has to see the LEFT image and the left eye the RIGHT image. It can help to hold up both hands, one to the right and the other to the left of the two images, so that there is a hand between the eye and the image on that (same) side. This eliminates some of the distraction from the images you don't want to see. It's just a knack, and like so many things it's very easy when you know how. One more thing, keep some way away from the screen to reduce the amount of "cross" needed. You don't want to strain your eyes uncomfortably... Done properly there is no discomfort at all.

You're correct Roger. It is Nikko. And they do need dusting, don't they?

The intimate portrait? That's a stretch... You've captured the three monkeys (hear no evil, see no evil, and speak no evil!) very well. I assume these are the famous trio at Nikko? You must have taken them before their annual dusting, though, so they're not exactly at their shiny best.
