Sorry Roger, something must be wrong with my eyes. When I relax them in the manner you prescribe, the images simply move towards indirectly at an angle, but do not overlap. I end up seeing four of everything. Must have something to do with my lefthandedness. I do believe that it works for normal people however and I do think it's pretty interesting.
