About I revisited some of my submissions. Now that I have PS I enhanced this original to show the more colorful sunset, as I remembered it. I think the black background is a bit blurry but that could be the scanner.
Any suggestions how to unblur the black. played with contrast etc.

Another thing to try is to play with the Curves level. Image-> Adjust -> Curves. I used it here to deepen the blacks.

Also, the lower left side looks like it has smudges all over it, as though your scanner glass was dirty, leaving behind dark green-grey marks.
