Bellissima la composizione e le luci, particolare effetto lo da' anche lo sfocato dello sfondo. Sembra un po' un fotoritocco perche l'uccello risulta troppo schiacciato rispetto al tronco (o al tetto?) ma potrebbe anche essere dovuto ad un eccessivo unmask!

Mi avevi accennato, ma non sapevo che andassi a cavallo; si tratta di un concorso internazionale (il terzo per importanza in Italia) e ho scattato una parte della competizione che si svolgeva in tre giorni....
una cosa splendida anche di sera con l'illuminazione artificiale....
si tiene non molto lontano da casa mia...

Great capture Roberto. I love these birds and I have many on my pbase site but very few in flight such as this. Another reason why I want to get the 100-400 L IS. The detail around the Heron is very good and make this shot for me. Very nice.

Many thanks my friend! You make me feal nice. some times people from long distance can be closer than people in close one. This is a GREAT shot. A prise one. Staning capture. No motion at the bird and at the same time good exposure. For this resolution the quality is PERFECT!
