Daniel,
A very nice shot. I really like eyes. I do feel that the iris is a bit out of focus, it seems the brows are in focus, while you want to draw attention to the iris. I would consider retaking this shot and really try focusing on the iris. That makes it pop out even more.
The black and white skin is also in very stark contrast to the eye. Try not to completely desaturate the shot but take out most of the colour while keeping just a hint, that makes it ever so more compelling (I think...).
