Here is what I do to determine if a twisted shot is balanced. I turn the picture over in each direction to see if it always looks correctly weighted. To my eyes this one does not. It's heavy to one corner. In this orientation I think it's easier to see where the out-of-balance comes from (though I prefer your orientation for viewing).
