It is obvious that I find it difficult to leave this photo. This time I use it to than you to thank you for your for joining the discussion about my "Lonely on the beach". Some claimed it was a woman, some that it was a man. You are on the side of it being a woman, but as I already mentioned several times, it's a mute point, as neither side can prove his/her thesis. Lonely? probably subjective, because there was at least another person on that beach, namely I, taking the photo.
I would also suggest that we revert officially to first name. You know me as Rafi and unless you object I'll refer to you as Jonathan. Btw, did you know that the Hebrew translation of your name is "The Lord has given"?
Best regrds,
Rafi

I've already commented on this photo and come back to it not at least because it gives me a second chance to see this beautiful (and beyond beautiful) face. I come back also to thank you for your deep undrestanding comment on my "Queen of hearts". Actually I was standing on the lower ledges of a ladder when I took it, but I have a further suggestion. I was intrigued by your interest in Bion and his work, so I would like to suggest to you that if you give me an e mail address (Mine is rafael1930@bezeqint.net) I'll send you my book as an e mail (1.2 mega) at no cost for you. Of course if you want to have it as a softcover, it would cost you US $20 including mailing expenses, (a personal cheque would do) but for that option I would need your mailing address. If I may, I would suggest you take a look at it on www.drspringmann.com read the critiques, especially the one by Dr. Joice Mc Dougall, a well known persona in the psychoanalytic community with several important books to her credit, my CV and the first case description. Don't purchase it from the site, it would come more expensive, especially as, if you chose so, you may have it from me as an e mail pro bono.
Best regards,
Rafi

This is our first meeting on the pages of UF, Mr. Charles and I took the opportunity to carefully read your bio and look throgh your entire portfolio. You are, of course, invited to read my bio and look further through my portfolio.
I opted to comment on your "Olivia -1" because I think she fulfills what you wrote in your bio, at least in my eyes she does. Looking at her face I can imagine her femininity speaking to me, the position of her head, leaning to one side is both shy and appealing (I wanted to write seductive but thoght that was too stong and vulgar a word for such a delicate face). The same holds true for the ear-ring, which can be seen and not seen at the same time. The lips! The lips! to smile or not to smile? that is the question I see in those lips, not to mention the eyes that look sraight into mine daring me to look back. I am just back from a three day seminar, of which I'll tell you more if you give me an e mail address (mine is rafael1930@bezeqit.net )in which one of the tasks was to look into a person's eyes for several minutes and communicate with each other this way. That is the feeling Olivia's eyes, the way you ceptured them, conveys.
Thank you for you delicate critique of my "Headless nude". One of my next projects will be to achieve nudity the way it is in your "Diagonal".
Best regards,
Dr. Rafael (Rafi in our next meetings) Springmann
