Very good atmosphere , the dog helps make the picture . A crop on the RHS may improve the composition.

Excellent composition.
Was the original picture blurred, or you added it artificially. It seems to me that the the picture would be fantastic without the blur. I think the blur doesn't work well at all here. I will even suggest you to try converting it to B&W as a variation.
I didn't rank this picture because I hope to see it unblurred (if you consider my suggestion as a valid one) :-).
I did though rate your other work and added it to my favorites.
