I'm not sure that the little bit of shine on his forehead is really a problem. I think it's OK. Personally I think the frame is rather too much and a bit gimmicky. A more important point is that thumb. Tricky to get rid of that!

Hi Bruce, I rather like the subject outside the frame but not so crash on the frame but thats not what you're after anyway!

I'm hoping that some of the features of PSP are the same as Photoshop.. For a basic idea I would select the highlights and feather it a few pixels then select a nicer pink and paint over it with a low opacity brush then perhaps drop the levels of the highlights down so they aren't as harsh. There is also a healing brush which would help but I don't know what the PSP equivalent would be, hope this helps.
