I know what you are saying, I was here in Miami for Andrew and the thing I remember the most is that strong noise just like if a huge monster was out there, and then all the destruction .... back to the photo, it reflect well a pre or post hurricane period, the extremely choppy water gives the impression of the ocean being sick, you captured that well ...
