Took this on the way to the Rohtang pass, the second highest motorable road in the world(the highest is also on this highway. The flags are tibetan prayer flags with a small temple in the background. The flags have prayers written on them, and the belief is that everytime one flaps in the wind, its like the prayer has been said once for you.
Interesting, colourful image. I like the diagonal lines of flags. I'm distracted though by the temple and houses tilting to the left. The image needs to be rotated to the right. If the left-hand pillar is thrown out of perspective, you can re-align it with the Transform tool. The picture also needs some adjusting to lighten it. Overall, a fine composition.
