This is so rich and velvety looking. Very appealing composition with just the right balance between soft focus and sharp. i REALLY love the lush pinks next to the green foliage. This image is really excellent as is but if you wanted to tamper with it in PS, this is what i would do. Pat suggested sharpening and that's a good idea. But use "Unsharpen mask" and make the settings pretty low. it's better to sharpen a few times in small bites than once in a bit bite. Then take your dodge tool (the lollypop looking one) and set it at a medium opacity for midtones and a smallish brush size. Dab it around the center of that one big flower in the top right, to pick up more of the highlights in the center of the flower. In your original, you might try the smaller flowers too. i tried it on your big flower and it worked beautifully. This will add interest and depth. You might also consider cloning out that bright white area in the top left but if that's kind of hard at this stage, don't worry about it. But Tracy, i love this as it is. It's really so deep and lush. Best regards: kat~
