You were absolutely right to overexpose like this, something that would never have occurred to me. The way the light catches on the 'hairs' of the stem is amazing. Plus, you captured that perfect yellow, something hard to do.

Here is another version of the same subject taken with a regular exposure. I don't think it has the same impact as the one above.
