It is not the bird that makes or breaks this shot. It is the overall composition that is attractive here--the glassy water, the dark shapes. Cool.

Great shot. The foreground is a bitt too much for me. Maybe bringing the bird nearer to the lower right corner would enhance the composition. Regards.
