Ersoy, this is an outstanding portrait. Street photography can surface many challenges. You've met and exceeded them. You've managed to capture a character that oozes with pride. He looks prominent and distinguished. If you know who he is, give his family a copy of this photo! They will cherish it, I'm sure, and so will he!
Your sepia toning adds to the overall image. I guess that it's been said so many times, but sepia adds a timeless flavor to the "right" image. Good choice!
