beautiful.. david.. judging by the size of the rose petal.. he must be really small.. great work.. i am thinking of posting this fly.. but i cannot get any better.. i must do it again in HI res mode.. the sucker is only a couple of mm.

this must be hard to find and photograph. I like the way you kept the delicate nature of the insect using back lighting and on a white base. This is an outstanding capture. Regards Gil
