David, i noticed in your film comment: 4 Mega pixels. Will going to highest pixel resolution make a big difference. Right now i am shooting in Fine mode.in 3:2 ratio. your images are of great clarity. I am thinking of going into 800 ISO.. I know it might end up being grainy, but i do have NeatImage software to clean up grain..

It's good that you focussed on the eye. It's very important for this kind of subject. Don't forget to consider the brightness of the background, though.
