Thank you my sweet Teresita. I hoped it was you when I commented on your lovely duck and I am so happy that you have remembered me. I could never match your wonderful 'puddle' reflections sweetie. I do remember you taught me a few Polish greetings like 'baci' and I am sure there was something like 'buziaczki' and 'bacione ed abbracci' but I can no longer remember what they mean and if indeed they are Polish :) My very best wishes with a big HUG for you.

When the 3 of us go out for a shoot we dress according to the weather in rags and boots fit only for dumping :) I too throw myself into the melee and often look like something the cat dragged home. Groovy sinuous reflections there! Made me grin, I must say. Something about the sight of photographers going at it that really makes me smile. I just love it. Many thanks Harry. I'm afraid there are no Nikons in the group. Steve and I are Canon fans and Simon uses a Fuji (Steve's spare camera) until he too will move on to Canon.
I have had a lot of different cameras in my life; Leica 111a and 111g, a Reid and Canon (based on the Leica 111g design, Rollieflex, Mamiya and then the Canon 1N (film). Then along came digital and because of the lenses I had I just stayed with Canon. I don't think there is a lot to choose between the two and I do believe that they are the top Japanese products.
