Great macro Sudeera! We have similar grasshoppers here in Malta but they differ in colour. In fact they are brown instead of green. Here you can find them in gargue areas.

Indeed Harry, You need lots of patience when you capture insects. Sometimes its frustrating as they fly away when I focus on them. But your patience will result in a good image sooner or later. Regards

Yes, they are hard to see. Sometimes they jump on my feet when I walk through the grass. I learn now that insects are quite friendly ( not all, many are though ) and easy to approach close to touching.
