well this is really good, light is superb and model out of this world (at least real world :)
just a minor nit for me but it's just my taste: the texture of the skin and tone is really beautiful but perhaps the contrast with lips (and in less extent with eyes) is too much, so I'd reduce the contrast of that areas or on the contrary add some texture to the skin (I prefer the first option)
...and finally a curiosity, love the DOF but i can not understand it: why the left shoulder is so focused in comparison to, for example, the neck that is defocused but in the same plane that the face? because you are not using a tilt-shift lens
please don't missunderstand me, this is one of the best portraits I've seen recently and top-calss for this poor website :) but I know you are looking for perfection
