She is so very beautiful in her spiritual expression. The visible noise on her skin adds more character to the ritual and personal atmosphere, such like a PS smoothing filter would help another type of model selling a product in a glossy magazine. That what is shown here is authentic, powerful and seen with a great eye for the human essential.

Fayyad,I liked your input and even enjoyed it,it is a real critique,and yes that is a church.
But I do not liked your (don't really like the model),she is standing not in front of our doors,she is standing in front of the door that knows no rejection,and where the ugly may be better than the most beautiful.

i think since the model is "oddly" uncovered in a what give the air to be a church , this digital noise will reduce the attention to color white of the skin and reshape the viewer focus from a particular part of the photo into a wholistic perspective.
but i dont really like the model.. metallic face ! its like arnold schwarzenegger on his knees praying..doenst work !
