Thanks dear Ania, ISO 1600 and still slowish shutter 1/160 second, another key is to use the flash, if it is an aquarium, don't take the shot directly on otherwise you will not see anything, but if you angle your camera up down or sideways the flash doesn't flash back from the glass. This one was top lit with plenty of light so I was quite lucky.

Wow!! Very sharp photo; I was at Zoomarket last weekend and tried to catch the fish with good sharpness, hard job, hehe. Wonderful colors!
