Hello Subha,
I appreciate your comments concerning light. However, my purpose was to bring the light from the BACK through the Gardenia, to depict the petal formation, not make a macro-portrait of a flower.

karen.. good effort.. however you can do something interesting here.. you could have put some light source at the center of the rose from the other end and illuminated it.. giving it a glow from the center of the flower.. your shot is underexposed..
