Still a bit pist Jim? I think I heard the planet tip on its axis a tad! Can't undo it but.
Thanks for the recipe I'll try it.
I love the stuff but was amazed at how many Irishmen drink it there. I heard it so many times "what'll ya have" became an absurd question. I cherish the memory as much as hearing'm all sing the bars there.

hmm sits.. pauses, pushes back his chair and thinks slowly to himself.. I dont do stout.. but I have ta tell ya.. I tried the mad monks (a pub)stout in Freemantle the other day.. I bought six.. I guess you would call them double or triple shot sized glasses, the first sip of stout revealed to me, that nothing had changed in my palete at all, which was mightily reassuring I might add, and the second go was straight down the hatch without touching the sides.. Now interestingly they had another beer there I cant find the bit if paper yet with all the explanations/notes whatever on the different beers.. but there was one I had which tasted stronly of sausages.. say like a kransky.. with an anasthetic after taste.. bloody awful.. and the guy in the bar said interestingly enough that that was what real beer drinkers call a tru beer taste... well I said to him .. I am not much of a beer drinker that I was a red wine drinker.. well he said.. tell you the truth neither am I and I reckon they are all mad.. but wait he hurried off and returned with a taste of his favourite red wine made by the pub we were at.. and I tell you Jimmy (and anyone else who ventures past this page) it was like honey.. wondrous stuff...

Aah... Jamison... Mmmmmm..... I don't do beer though, much to the chagrin of my son who it the manager of World Class Beverages.
So, that's what you look like :-)
