Well seen pattern and a good color palette here, Fabio. I don't know if the inclusion of that part of the arm at the left is a good thing to do in this case, but the rest of it works for me. The separation from the background is good both for the difference in focus as also for the difference in light.
The hard pixelation striked again, unfortunately. On some areas of the surface one can see the typical rectangle pixel groups that result from JPEG compression and get artificially blown up by sharpening too much. The image lost much of its possible potential this way.
