It brings the expectation that something is going to happen and so the spectator sits in tension, Ian! Perhaps the blue-red combination supports that very strongly too. Much like trying to recognize something more of the place while being directly hit by the strong light. Or perhaps hiding from the searching light in thw bush? High tension here!

Hi Luis!
I took a walk in moonlight to cut wood with the camera on bulb.
Beyond that I am not sure. :)
