Gary. did the obligitory trip to Lake Eyre while it had some water in it over the Easter break(once exery 10 years at best!). Outback Oz has some of the most diverse landscapes I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. The road from Adelaide to Darwin has a surprise over every hill. I reccommend that every Aussie do it at least once...in either autumn or spring...greatest diversity.. Thank you for your comments..:)

Welcome to usefilm, Kym. This image really does show the dry and the dust. It doesn't immediately strike me as an IR shot, probably due to lack of foliage, but the lack of saturation does give a strange unearthly light. I've never been this far north of the Flinders (I'm ex-Adelaide) but one day I hope to get many shots like this, I just love the lanscape north of PA.
