....thought I better join this fray, Roger, then I went off to look at Mark's stuff, good eh?.....sense of history, my backside, they had to rip up a plaque, real quick (it has a crack in it), so they could meet the developers deadline or else risk ending up in the harbour shod only in cement shoes.....Taxi! see ya, david.

Ok, I’ll talk… The biggest problem on new critiques is that the person looks at the image and gives a first impression shoot from the hip reply… and they fail to see the total package. They do not read the info and connect to the visual. Those of us who have been posting here for ages… often send images with messages coded in info… and only a very few of the new members take the time to think and look and muse and make connections. They simply react. I guess we were in that same place years ago and must give the newbies some slack… then again, those that catch on quickly… well, they find a place on the “list.”

Oh!!! Forgot to mention how all the buildings tower in towards each other. And that one round thing at the bottom holds it all together... wait a seconds! (Hiro there) This could be some form of old (the plaque) and new (the towering glass and mortar buildings)... and a sense of history.
Just saying... maybe off the mark here.

Thanks again...

Jimmy

Nice work. I really like the angles in this one. Walls appear to be going at odd angles and it fits the framing on the image perfectly.
