A nice minimalistic game of light and shadow, form and shape in a subtly broken symmetry that still preserves the abstract character! The nice antagonism between the different parts of the image generates a stright but also harmonious kind of tension without any overload of unneeded details. The strong perspective fits the overall look very tightly too.
I'd only think about a small crop and a small rotation for enhancing the balance and integrity of the broken mirror symmetry. (Attachment)
Less is more and this image shows that exactly.

Yes it is a concret structure, but you can see the sky through it. But if you mean a concret block on the road, yes there are many on the ground which has blocked the view of the sky and spoiled the buity of my country.
