Both eyes at once dear Jen, not just one. Excellent you did it. Nothing escaped to you in capturing. And so close to these killing eyes. Take care. I do not want to hear about supposed moderate zooming, usually only allowed for pet's photography. How did you convince this animal that you was not a gazelle ?

Excellent capture as usual with your wildlife shots dear Jen. You captured so much emotion in his eyes, it is pretty incredible. I didn't realize you were off to vacation already so I hope you have a wonderful time and have great weather to relax.

You are capturing some very human emotions in your animals, Jen. Difficult close-up, this one, since ideally both eyes would be sharp but the limited DOF will work against you. Nevertheless, you've managed to pull it off. (And there's even your "trade-mark" reflection in the right eye!)
