You have been digging far back my dear, I will fly SAA next month again, I love their plains, very modern for long flights..But this was just a very small plain and not sure which company it was, as I know Kalula is from British Airways, and I think Mango is another company, and for sure this one was scary!!! Also very old it looked, but what choise is there and anyway, if you drop you drop..:))
Have you just come back or still leaving?

Sleep well and soft:)
xxJen

What an excellent shot, to get the wheels and the ground so perfectly in the picture. (Could be a Bombardier Dash 8 of South African Express, if that helps you and Yazeed... According to their website, "South African Express operates some of the world's most sophisticated aircraft". So there you have it!)

On the wing it says www.flysax.com maybe that brings you further? It was either Kalula (British Airways) or Mango. It had small stairs, not the normal big ones high up, just about 5 to get in, hope also for myself you can figure out what this object is:)

Wowww...as I guess you dont believe this isnt a tricky shot, which I wouldnt know how to take my dear Yazeed, I will put some bad shots of the plane here, as you can see which type it is, as I dont have any clue:) I am sorry you feel doubt about my honesty....hope you are an expert and see what this flying object is other then the wibbling plane we took:)

Is not possible to see the tires of the plane for any model of this kind, my dear. The shadow which the wheels and harvested area of the plane wing on the top. Is a source of doubt in .

I was sitting inside the plane my sweety and we were just above Bloemfontein to land, the wheels came out all of a sudden and looked scary with not much of a profile and with a lot of noise:))
Flying is not my favourite you know, neither Charlottes, and these small planes are shaking a lot, so very happy we landed where my sweet aunt was waiting for us!
My Sunday was very lazy, just working on my exh. I am getting nervous now as its next week already, I am even dreaming of frames and shots:))
Its good to hear your arm gets better, poor you!
Warm hugs my dear, Jenxx

Sorry, I forgot that English isn't your first language. 'Ho-hum' is a slang word meaning ordinary, boring, of little interest etc.
Regards, Gary

Morning my sweet friend, its good to see you back, hope your holidays did bring you joy and lots of relaxing quality time:) We were also very happy to have this landing safe, there was lots of turbulention on this short flight!

Good to see you my dear friend, keep me alert!! Big hugs and kisses, Jenxx

Its feels so helpless to sit there and see this tire just next to you...loll No parachute around!
I thought one tire was kind of bold as well, thinking about the crash with the last Concorde:)
Flying isnt my favourite interest, and we did 7 on this trip, Charlotte is even worse...:))
Thanks sweety, happy you like it although Paul is right about the distructing spot! Big hugs, Jenxx

Morning Nino, you have improved your english I see, although I miss your lovely italian words:) The shot wasn't as difficult as the landing, that was quite stressful, lots of wind! Enjoy your Sunday dear, hugs Jenxx

Hi Jen,
back in the air with your security check. Thank you.
I'm glad about your happy landing. So much detail over here, already too late repairing all technical odds of these wheels and tires now such visible in detail.

Your shot is excellent as part of a travel story: strong contrast exposure is difficult but very well chosen with a touch of ground view as background.
The only small correction I had liked to see is the removal of the dark spot in the right low corner. Is that a piece of the main wheels that took all weight during landing ;-

hugs and kisses, Paul

Wonderful shot Jen. Bald tire concerns me. You did real well with the exposure. Nice detail. Well done. Hugs. Keithxxx:) :)

Tell me please what a ho-hum shot is, never heard this before:)) The wheels looked quite scary actually, like little bike wheels and the plane wasnt very steady, not a quiet flight:) I had to take this shot somehow, in big boeings I dont see them like this, looked unreal! Thanks for liking it dear Gary, sleep well! xxJen

Wow, you see a lot of ho-hum shots taken out of plane windows but this is the first I've seen which uses the wheels as the point of interest. I'm really impressed.
Regards, Gary
