Thanks for the story behind the picture. Makes a good impact. I was pulling your leg about the government workers. Had a father in law that use to fly in as spotter on forest fires and developed a deep respect for any fire fighter. Wind and fire are a tough mix. Best wishes and keep safe. Stan

Pit fire(training)...propane. Winds were 20 gusting to 40. If you look dead center in the picture you'll see the remains of a fire "tornado". That's what I was trying to catch but the things were showing up and disappearing so fast that catching them on film that day was not an easy task. The dude in the left fore-ground is the safety officer waiting for clearance from the training tower to send us in. Gov. Workers?...nope. Dallas/Fort Worth Airport FD. Peace...
