You are too lucky that you can see rainbow in your city . For a long time there is no rainbow where I live .
great shot .It is time to buy a digital camera when you can take these great shots with mobile , imagine you have a digital camera .

The "noise" actually adds to thephoto, turning it into an impressionist painting. Oddly appealing.

I sugest use Neat Image, filter you can get it free from internet,below is the proof.
