Well, a boat would be definitely nice to have Ilir! This is rather a suggestion for the "what" to shoot, not the "how". And so I conclude from your suggestion that the water surface itself was not captured as well as it should be for the image to be sufficient as it is. It would get stronger with more enhancement of the texture of the water, I guess.
