I can feel the moment; you have done excellent work, Debra, Personally I can understand the feeling also have done few places by my self and my GPS of some harsh blasted winters in Minnesota not as the Antarctica but some similar temps 20 to 30 -0 :) Regards, Harry

The amount of details and rich coloring under that heavy air turn this ti an eye catcher, Debra! I guess that a stronger reference to the mounts at the background would have put a stronger nounace of depth and perspective, considering that almost limiting cloud that acts as the border betwee "here" and "over there far away". Still the business of the image is enough for causing more tha interest.
From the pure technical point of view, if we neglect composition a bit, it is just about perfect. I would take this as a demonstrating example of skill for the makers of the many too many quick and dirty images of similar kind.
BTW, any chance to tell us more about your settings? Any kind of underexposure here?
