Onie dear!...so good to hear from you! I checked up on you and Grumpy (via Bek) a while ago, she let me know all was well with the two of you....just busy with holidays, surgery,(blek!) recovery, etc.. Thanks so much for taking time to drop in...you have been missed!
Tyler has been home since January 11...now I am the one with no time! (I posted a picture this morning) I think I am averaging 5 minutes a week with my camera, and even less time on the computer. It's worth every second though...having him home is hard work, but such a joy! :)
Please stay in touch!
Warm hugs to you and Colin...Robin

Love this Robin... Has a wonderful depth, really pulls the eye through... The tones are great, dark as in *mind*...
You & your Lensbaby are working as a team for sure... An exciting abstract in collaboration :)...
HHED...:)

Yep . . . a favorite of ( *cough* ) mine! LoL! Shockingly I DO kinda like it although to my mind the focal area might have been better served a TAD to the left to throw it off center . . . still . . . I hate to admit it does have its appeal! This is the same view one gets after that extra rum and coke I think! Definitely impressionistic . . . which is why I think I like it . . . I can't believe it . . . but I think I'm going to get one of those! (God help me . . . I'm being pulled to the 'Dark Side')!
Regards, Doyle I <~~~~~

Thanks AJ, the Lensbaby does produce some interesting effects! It never occurred to me to rotate it...then again, that's one of the great things about posting here...others see things we do not. Glad you stopped by!
Take care...Robin

unusual vision of this blurry image, like from the horror movies during a thunder storm.. I can hear the sound effects of Psycho looking at this photo gramma.. I thinks its the effect of the lensbaby on this capture. great in monochrome... my warm regards,,

A fascinating play of all sorts of elements: shapes and lines, textures and tones, DOF. As an abstract, I wonder if it would work equally well turned through 90 degrees? The only reason I suggest that is because I find that in general landscape images look better on UF - if I had seen this printed the thought probably wouldn't even have occurred to me...
